REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online Registration
The 20th International Seminar on Hydropower Plants uses ConfTool, a conference management software, to handle the registration and abstract submission.
Please follow the steps below to create an user account.
If you have not obtained a ConfTool account for this conference before, your first step will be to create a new account. In case you are:
you will most likely already hold a ConfTool account. In this case please use your existing account for registration as participant. To create a new account check the “ONLINE REGISTRATION BUTTON” and follow the instructions below. |

| Please enter your full name and address, and provide a valid e-mail address, since these details are required to contact you. If you already hold an account, log-in with your user name and password at “Registered Users”.
If your secretary registers you for the conference, the record of the participant should be entered as this data are necessary for the participant list. For the purpose of registration confirmation, the email address of the secretary could be entered at the “Personal Assistant E-mail (cc E-mail)” field. Both, the participant and your secretary will get the confirmation email on registration. |

After the registration for participation is opened, please follow the steps below to register as a participant.
| To start the registration process, please click on “Register as Participant” on the overview page of your ConfTool account. The registration process consists of 4 steps. |
| First, please state your participant status (Regular, Speaker, Ph.D. Student Speaker or Exhibitor participant). If you have any questions, please contact the event organizers by contact form. |
| Now select the items you want to book for this conference. The conference fee depends on your registration status and the time of registration. |
| Please enter your payment details now. Please note: If the Invoice address is different to the adress of the registered user, please fill in the different invoice adress at input fields below.
NOTE: You have the choice between two payment options:
In case you choose the bank/wire transfer option you will get a confirmation email with the bank account information otherwise you will be forwarded to a secure creditcard payment site. |
| Finally, confirm your entries and the registration terms for participants. Please note that your registration for participation is binding and the full fee has to be paid within the given period. |
| After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the payment details. |

Regular Delegate, Speaker (Track 1) & PhD Speaker (Track 2) Fee includes:
- Access to all sessions and the exhibition
- Delegate pack including Conference proceedings (Printed and USB)
- Lunches and Refreshments during breaks
- Evening reception (to be announced)
- Evening reception at the “Heurigen”
Exhibitors:
The delegates of the exhibiting companies should create an account and register themself as an exhibitor at our conference management tool (online) to be announced at the participant list. All fees are included in the Exhibitor package price. The company delegates will have access to all arrangements like other participants and speakers.
Accompanying person Fee includes:

- Evening reception at the “Heurigen”
