Dipl.-Ing. Oliver Haupt has an experience of more than 25 years in Hydro Power. He started as a mechanical Engineer with Rhein-Main-Donau AG in Munich and was Residential Engineer for the HPP Staubing on Danube River. Later he passed on the then newly founded RMD Consult GmBH in Munich as a Project Manager. In 1999 he joined VATECH Escher Wyss in Ravensburg as a Team Leader and Senior Project Manager. From 2005 to 2013 he was in EnBW as a Division Manager for Engineering and Project Management Hydro Power. In 2013 he changed to KfW Development Bank as a Senior Technical Expert for the Hydropower Projects in Sub-Sahara Africa.
