Doz. Dr. Stefan L. Burtscher studied at the Vienna University of Technology. He was a researcher and teacher at the Vienna University of Technology and the University of Applied Sciences. He finished his Ph.D in 2002 and his habilitation in the year 2011. Since 2008 he is the CEO of the Technische Versuchs- und Forschungsanstalt GmbH und since 2016 he is also CEO of the burtscher consulting GmbH.
