Mr. Munro is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with 37 years management and technical experience in the operation, performance, testing, upgrading, rehabilitation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment in hydroelectric and fossil generating stations. Former Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering Hydro at Ontario Power Generation, Ontario, Canada; past Chair of the CEATI Hydraulic Plant Life Interest Group and current Vice Chair of ASME Performance Test Code 18. His area of particular personal expertise is hydroelectric turbine performance and upgrading including model and field testing.
